Every job is completed on-time and on-budget and we leave every job site as clean, if not cleaner than when we arrived.
Owner Operator Lance Wagner oversees every job and remains involved throughout the process. This is a huge advantage for Alpha Telecom customers because he is able to control job quality and ensure the integrity of the workers deployed to job sites.
For any new project, Alpha Telecom does a site assessment and provides the contracting company with written plans and a budget. Once approved, we contact directly with the client to establish an appropriate schedule and strategy for tackling the job. Upon completion we do a client walk-through and make any necessary adjustments in order to ensure satisfaction.
All Alpha Telecom technicians are manufacturer trained on the use of task specific test equipment. It is also not out of the ordinary for Alpha Telecom to obtain customer and/or site specific training or certifications.
We have performed over 1000 installations over the past 10 years. In that time, there aren’t many customer concerns or situations we have not met or worked through.
Services include, but are not limited to:
- Design and installation of in-building DAS systems. This includes a balance of passive or active components or hybrids. This includes mediums, coax, fiber cat5 6e, etc
- Testing services. Carrier specific line sweeps utilizing Anritsu testing equipment; Fiber cabling and fusion splicing services and their associated OTDR line loss tests; and Ground testing on all installed lightning arrest components.
